I want to acknowledge the positive impact that you have had on Wenesco Restaurant Systems, LLC. You are a valued partner, having educated and trained our management staff from all of our Wendy's franchises throughout our growth.

When you first contacted us about ERS in 2007, we were not ready to embark on such a non-conventional consulting program. After all, we were supported by Wendy's Human Resources and Legal Departments and could get advice from them whenever we needed it. But after seeing your program and unique perspective on employment issues, we decided to sign a retainer agreement as a test.

We invited you to study our company, visit and interview our staff members and then design a training program for us. Your powerpoint presentations have been very effective. I appreciate that you have made yourself available to us on a 24-hour basis to answer any employment questions.

Your individual attention is a valuable tool to make certain all our employees are treated with respect and that our personnel activities and procedures are legally correct. We are glad to have you on our team!

Please be advised that we wish to sign an extension of our retainer with you. Please prepare any necessary agreement.
